Our Story

Sophie holds a degree in Clinical Nutrition and spent seven years in culinary nutrition research before founding Healthy Recipes Academy. Her vision is to bridge the gap between nutritional science and everyday cooking. She oversees all course content and curriculum development, ensuring every lesson meets the highest standards of accuracy and practical value.
Marc Beaumont
Executive Chef & Instructor
Marc trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse and spent twelve years working in Michelin-starred restaurants across Lyon and Paris. He brings professional kitchen expertise to our courses, teaching knife skills, flavor development, and technique with clarity and passion.
